Honor a Hero: A Blood Drive in Tribute to Police Corporal Barry Foust #778
We are proud to host this special blood drive in honor of Corporal Barry Foust, a dedicated public servant, husband, father, brother, grandfather, colleague, and friend.
On September 11, 2001, Corporal Foust was on duty when American Airlines Flight 77 struck the Pentagon. He was one of the first to witness the devastation and the first to report the incident over the radio—a moment that reflects his bravery, resilience, and selfless service.
Today, Corporal Foust is facing a terminal illness with the same quiet strength and courage he has shown throughout his life. With more than 35 years of service to the Arlington community, including a return to duty after retirement, Barry has touched countless lives through his unwavering commitment and integrity.
This blood drive is our way of standing with Barry and giving back in his honor. Your blood donation supports patients fighting cancer, trauma, and chronic illness, and it carries forward the spirit of service Barry has demonstrated every day of his remarkable career.
