Donating blood is not the only way you can help Inova Blood Donor Services (IBDS) achieve its mission of providing safe and adequate blood supplies for the communities we serve. Financial gifts, regardless of their amount, help us purchase cutting-edge medical equipment for blood collection and testing.

In-Kind Contributions

It is a constant challenge to find new and affordable ways to recruit and retain blood donors. With the donation of products, services and gift certificates, businesses and organizations can play an important role in helping us attract new blood donors. 

Examples include:

• Discounts or gift cards to your restaurant or store
• Food donations for special treats for our donors and staff members

Whether you are a blood donor who wants to do more, or you are not eligible to donate blood but want to support our life-saving mission, your financial support will help ensure that quality blood products will always be available for every patient in need.
