Jefferson County West Virginia is hosting a September blood drive in Charles Town on Thursday, September 24. The bloodmobile will be parked on N. Lawrence Street near the county government complex.
Jefferson County is an EMS partner in the pre-hospitalization blood program with Inova, which provides specially screened whole blood in their ambulances for patients receiving life-saving transfusions when every second counts.
All donors will receive a donor appreciation gift as a thank you for donating.
