Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is hosting a leap day blood drive located in the Inova Schar Heart and Vascular Lobby. The event is scheduled for Thursday, February 29, running from 9 am to 3 pm. This opportunity is open to both Inova team members and community participants, extending a warm welcome to all.
Inova Blood Donor Services plays a vital role in collecting blood products that contribute to saving lives within our community on a daily basis. As a significant supplier of blood in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, we fulfill the needs of all 5 Inova hospitals and 13 other regional hospitals.
All donors will receive the “Love is in my blood” shirt as their donor appreciation gift. Inova Team Members will be further acknowledged with $15 in meal vouchers. We invite you to participate in this meaningful event and contribute to our shared commitment to community health and well-being.
